Warping is performed in a special area using cutting edge high tech reelers and warpers for high precision warping of all kinds of fibres, including elastomers.

Weaving We have 70 looms of different types: Leavers: the first looms capable of producing on a machine the kind of lace traditionally made by hand. These cast iron giants dominated lace making unrivalled until the beginning of the second world war, and still today the most beautiful lace MUST be made on looms of this type. Bobbinet tulles: the equivalent of Leavers lace in terms of quality and elegance, with the same handmade look. Raschel: the modern evolution of the Leavers loom. We have all kinds, from jacquard to textronic and jacquardtronic, employing the most modern, sophisticated application technologies.

Finishing Lace is finished, inspected and prepared for shipping in our warehouses by highly specialised personnel using winding machines and cloth inspecting machines. We have 2 kinds of rameuse for ironing lace, a steamer, raising machine , a clipping machine and dyeing flows. We also have a re embroidery area with several hand embroidery machines.
